Governing Documents, Annual Budgets, Manuals, Reference

The principal governing documents for the Arbor at Live Oak Home Owners' Association are the Declarations of Covenants, Conditions, Easements and Restrictions (Covenants) and the Annual Budget. The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) proposes an Annual Budget for the next calendar year at its end of calendar year meeting. The ACC then sets the Annual Assessment for which each Owner is responsible to pay (this amount for each owner is 1/10th of the total Annual Budget), whether the Annual Assessment can be paid in a single or multiple payment(s) and the deadline for making the payment(s). The Covenants and Annual Budgets can be viewed or downloaded by Owners and Residents by opening the folders immediately below this introductory explanation that are entitled "HOA Governing Documents" and//or "Annual Budgets."

Property Owners' Associations also must comply with Texas statutes such as those found in the folder titled "Texas Property Code on restrictive covenants applicable to HOAs" below.

Insurance purchased by the HOA for the current policy period and general information provided by the Builder HHN to owners are contained in the folder titled "General Information" below.

The operating instructions for the Rain Bird outdoor watering system are found in the folder "Manuals' below.
